Refunds may be considered when service outcomes materially differ from
the agreed scope, when duplicate payments occur, or when confirmed
delivery does not happen for reasons within our control.
To evaluate eligibility quickly, include your invoice number, purchase
date, package name, and a concise explanation of what was expected
versus what was delivered.
-
Duplicate transactions charged to the same client account.
-
Services not initiated within agreed timelines despite complete client onboarding.
-
Deliverables missing from the approved statement of work.
-
Billing errors verified by our payment and order logs.
Each request is reviewed on documented evidence and contractual terms
at the time of purchase. Approval decisions are issued in writing.
Request window / timelines
Refund requests should be submitted within the designated time window
tied to your purchase model. Timely submission allows faster verification.
-
One-time service packages: submit within 7 calendar days of payment date.
-
Recurring service plans: submit before the next billing cycle begins.
-
Strategy sessions or advisory calls: submit within 48 hours if attendance did not occur.
-
Requests filed outside these windows may be reviewed as goodwill exceptions, not guaranteed refunds.
Window calculations are based on payment timestamps recorded in our
billing system. If timezone differences apply, system timestamps govern.
To avoid delays, requests should be sent from the account email used
for purchase whenever possible.
Some situations are non-refundable due to completion status, third-party
dependencies, or fulfilled scope acceptance.
-
Custom work approved in writing and already delivered.
-
Services delayed due to missing client assets, approvals, or access credentials.
-
Third-party costs (ad spend, data tools, external platform fees, domain/email provider charges).
-
Change-of-mind cancellations after substantial production has begun.
-
Requests based solely on expected outcomes not guaranteed in scope documents.
-
Partial usage of milestone-based deliverables already consumed.
We still try to help in non-refundable scenarios with reasonable
alternatives such as service credits, timeline adjustments, or revised delivery plans.
Once we receive a valid request, we move through review and payment
processing as quickly as possible while keeping records complete.
-
Acknowledgment email: within 2 business days.
-
Eligibility review and decision: typically within 5 business days.
-
Approved payout release: initiated within 3 business days after approval.
-
Bank/card settlement: often 5–10 business days, depending on provider.
You will receive status updates by email for each stage. If additional
information is required, response timelines may extend until data is provided.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment source unless
local regulations or payment method restrictions require an equivalent alternative.
Chargebacks and dispute handling
If you believe there is a billing issue, please contact Leads Convert support first.
Most disputes are resolved faster through direct review than through external chargeback channels.
When a chargeback is filed
-
Related work may be paused while the payment dispute is open.
-
We submit order records, communication history, and delivery proof to the payment processor.
-
Duplicate refunds are prevented if a chargeback already returns funds.
Fair-resolution commitment
-
Valid concerns are prioritized and handled with documented responses.
-
If approved during direct support review, refunds are processed without unnecessary delay.
-
Repeated abusive disputes may result in service restrictions for risk protection.
We maintain clear records for all transactions and communications to support transparent outcomes.
This helps ensure fair treatment for both customers and service teams.
