Terms & Conditions

Leads Convert provides lead generation, funnel optimization, and campaign performance support. Services must be used only for lawful business activities and in a way that does not disrupt platform stability.

We reserve the right to update service workflows, tools, or methodologies to improve performance outcomes, provided that such updates do not remove the core deliverables agreed in your active engagement.

Any use of our systems for fraudulent activity, unauthorized data scraping, misleading outreach, or unlawful solicitation is strictly prohibited.

• Use services only for legitimate commercial purposes.
• Do not attempt to bypass security or access restricted systems.
• Do not represent Leads Convert deliverables as your proprietary software.
• Respect all third-party platform rules where campaigns are executed.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to Leads Convert is accurate, current, and lawful to share. This includes audience data, campaign goals, brand claims, and any integrated account credentials.

You are also responsible for reviewing campaign assets, approvals, and operational decisions in a timely manner. Delays in approvals may shift timelines and can affect expected performance windows.

If your account credentials are compromised, you must notify us promptly so that appropriate protective actions can be taken. Leads Convert is not responsible for damages caused by delayed breach notification.

• Provide truthful and complete onboarding inputs.
• Maintain confidentiality of your account login details.
• Ensure your use of services complies with all applicable laws.
• Obtain any required consents for prospect or customer data.

Service fees, billing cycles, and included deliverables are defined in your accepted proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Payments are expected by the due date listed on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where services involve recurring work, failure to settle outstanding payments may result in temporary suspension of campaign execution until dues are cleared.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Fees for completed strategic work, consulting time, ad spend management, and delivered implementation milestones are generally non-refundable.

If a cancellation request is received before substantial work begins, Leads Convert may offer a partial refund after deducting administrative and setup costs.

• Payments must be made through approved channels.
• Refund eligibility depends on work stage and delivery status.
• Chargeback abuse may lead to service termination.
• Taxes, when applicable, are the client’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, Leads Convert retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, templates, methods, scripts, and internal tools used to execute services.

You retain ownership of your brand assets, trademarks, and original business materials submitted to us. You grant Leads Convert a limited license to use these materials solely for delivering contracted services.

Upon full payment of applicable fees, final client-specific deliverables that were custom-built for your engagement may be licensed to you according to the scope and usage rights defined in your agreement.

• Do not remove proprietary notices from shared documents.
• Do not resell Leads Convert internal systems without written consent.
• Third-party assets remain subject to third-party license terms.
• Brand usage rights survive only within lawful and agreed business contexts.

Leads Convert services are provided on a best-effort basis using commercially reasonable skill and care. While we optimize for measurable outcomes, we do not guarantee specific revenue amounts, ad platform behavior, or market responses.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leads Convert is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or business interruption.

In any event, total liability related to a specific claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Leads Convert for the relevant service period directly connected to that claim.

This limitation does not exclude liability where exclusions are prohibited by law, including willful misconduct or other non-waivable legal obligations where applicable.

Either party may terminate services as described in the applicable agreement, including notice periods and any outstanding payment obligations.

Leads Convert may suspend or terminate access immediately if there is evidence of unlawful conduct, abusive behavior, non-payment, policy violations, or misuse of service infrastructure.

Upon termination, active campaign operations may be paused, and account-level access shared for service delivery may be revoked once transition steps are reasonably completed.

• Termination does not waive accrued payment duties.
• Sections on liability, IP, and legal rights survive termination.
• Data export or handover support may be provided within reasonable limits.
• Outstanding disputes can still be pursued under governing law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India, unless an alternative governing law is specified in a separate signed agreement.

The parties agree to first attempt good-faith resolution of disputes through written communication and practical negotiation before initiating formal proceedings.

If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to competent courts with jurisdiction over Leads Convert business operations, subject to mandatory legal rights under applicable consumer or commercial law.

If any clause of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in full effect. Waiver of any right under these terms is valid only when documented in writing.
